I launched my first SaaS product, Mindgen, last Friday. It’s an article summarizer and mindmap generator.
While the initial excitement was great, I quickly found myself feeling lost about what features to build next. I have a backlog of optimizations I’d like to make, but I keep wondering if any of it matters unless my users actually want these features.
Does anyone have advice? Should I reach out directly to people who’ve used my product? What’s the best way to do this?
