I launched and am currently battling to attract users for my first SaaS

I launch https://monitorme.io/, my first SaaS. This was created since a friend of mine who is developing a SaaS platform requested a simple monitoring tool without any frills. It’s live now, four months after I started constructing it. I attempted to post on a few social media platforms (LinkedIn, ProductHunt, Twitter), but I was having trouble attracting visitors. From here, what else should I do? I know it’s not the best product and needs a lot of polishing from here, but before doing that I want to know if I should even proceed without users.

Just a quick note on your mobile version of the website: there is a large blank space at the beginning that prevents the website from scrolling and only spins the globe. It’s really bothersome, and I’ve seen that many visitors quit before ever reaching the primary content as a result.

Just testing it out for my offering. Add it to some fantastic github lists about SaaS, optimise some important keywords, and test out some advertisements. publish it to a few directories (AlternativeTo, Altern AI, 1000 Tools, etc.) and request testing from the SaaS owners on ProductHunt and X.

One thing that really helped me was focusing on understanding my target audience deeply. Try engaging with potential users in relevant communities—ask them what problems they face and how your product could help. Also, consider creating content that showcases your product’s value, like tutorials or case studies. It’s all about building relationships and trust. Remember, it’s a marathon, not a sprint. Keep iterating based on feedback, and don’t hesitate to pivot if needed!

On the phone, the fancy globe was a pain. I was on the verge of giving up, thinking there was nothing beneath it.

I would suggest doing this. It should be clear to me what it accomplishes on that hero part. It shouldn’t be necessary for me to scroll down to see what the product accomplishes. I need to be explained things to like I’m five years old. better for search engine optimisation as well.

Although the globe on mobile is adorable, I find it annoying that if you get trapped and are unable to scroll up or down, what will happen to the more minimalist user experience?

You get what I mean? The three bars also remain closed.

Your webpage is more seductive than mine. In order to fix these small issues, perhaps users are attempting but are unable to progress. You kind of compel people to attempt reading right away when they want to… perhaps this helps.

Congrats on the release.

It can be cramped in the monitoring space.

First, who are you going after?
