Finally, after three years and two failed efforts, my SaaS app is finished

I’m really excited and relieved to finally share a project I’ve been working on intermittently for over three years. Various factors, such as shifting focus to other side projects, life changes (like becoming a dad), and burnout, have caused delays. However, about two months ago, I decided to dive back into this project and committed to developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
Ritualist is a productivity and task management app designed to help you organize your daily schedule, manage tasks, take notes, and boost your overall productivity.
I use it to manage my work schedule as a software engineer, finding it helpful for updating in standups and noting tasks during meetings.
I’ve recently opened it up to a first group of users, so if you’re interested, it’s free to use, and I’d greatly appreciate your feedback. If you like it and want to upgrade to a paid plan, I’m offering a 40% discount for the first three months to our early users. Feel free to reach out to me on Reddit if you’re interested.
Check out our demo video for a quick preview of the app!

Superb app; I’ll give it a shot.

Some tips for marketing:
Introduce it on Web directories that are relevant to your service, such as this list of AI directories or the Productivity Directory.
Make a referral scheme and distribute it to influential people.
Introduce yourself on Product Hunt

Hello

Any advice on whether to implement a referral program? Influencer marketing is going to be my GTM tactic. Do they operate a referral system? We can offer influencers a large percentage of sales, but we are unable to provide a set payment up front. Is it feasible?

Thank you for the marketing guidance! Definitely on my list of things to accomplish next are the first and third points. I hadn’t given referral programs much thought up to this point because I’ve had trouble in the past finding trustworthy influencers to recommend my items. something I must improve on.

Avoid wasting time or money on directories. Capterra and Getapp could be useful.

Many directories, such as Futurepedia, Saashub, and There’s an AI for that, are more valuable than traditional ones like Capterra.

Fantastic main page. I love the animation and colors. Webflow?
I’m a former R&D project manager with a ton of experience with task management systems.
I think the secret to success is being user-friendly. Additionally, I would advise making the user experience as straightforward as possible.

Your landing page is great; it looks incredibly professional!
I do know how you could improve the perception of your brand. Since I’m creating that tool, I want to make sure it benefits SaaS providers like yours. As long as you give me comments, I swear it will be free. If you’re interested in testing my tool, please send me a private message.

Why did it take you so long? Has AI made you move more quickly this time?

a couple of causes. Every time I started up the project again, I made a small pivot because I lost interest in it, had to put it on pause due to personal circumstances, and switched my attention to other projects.
However, AI undoubtedly aided in accelerating things this time around.
