I'm glad I had my first client in saas even if I constantly failed at everything

In spite of my ongoing depression, I was still able to make mini-saas and acquire an engaging person. That makes me extremely happy, and I appreciate everyone who read it.

fantastic job landing your first client. Never forget that every significant journey begins with one step.

I’m grateful. Although I’m thrilled with this initial step, I still have a lot to learn and develop. Every success is a chance to keep getting better.

Occasionally, you may fail at something because it’s not the correct fit for you.
Prior to deciding to truly learn more about who I am, I would blindly follow other people’s advice on how to “do things right” and end up failing miserably.
As I developed a deeper understanding of who I was, I was able to accurately describe myself and seek guidance from others who more closely resembled my real self rather than some imaginary version of myself that I had created in my own imagination.
You’re headed in the right direction, so keep moving forward!

I appreciate your encouraging and kind remarks very much. I’ve been concentrating a lot on learning more about who I am and what genuinely works for me. I was once guided by counsel that didn’t truly fit with who I am, which made me realize how crucial it is to pay closer attention to my inner voice. Though I still have a lot to learn and develop, I’m beginning to have a better understanding of my own limitations and strengths. I know it’s a long process. Having the knowledge that I’m headed in the correct direction encourages me to press on. It truly means a lot that you are supporting me!

You will have to wear multiple hats when managing a small SaaS.

You’ll soon discover which activities take up the most of your energy.

Hire/delegate with aggressiveness and make sure that tasks are well documented if you wish to succeed.
If not, your business will seem like a job devoid of all the advantages of being an entrepreneur.
I wish you well on your travels!

Do not refer to them as failures. Sometimes ideas work, sometimes they don’t. You experimented, picked up knowledge, and developed your abilities. You also acquired incredible experience, which is priceless. And you’ve improved something with each new project by drawing on your experience to create ever-better outcomes.

I appreciate how you wrote about the “interacting” person.
incredibly significant.
