Hi everyone,
I’m currently developing a new SaaS product and have previously struggled with marketing and analytics.
To effectively track user flows and behavior from the start, I’m interested in knowing what tools you use (and I’m not referring to Google Analytics).
Specifically, I’m looking for tools that focus on user behavior, A/B testing, event tracking—essentially, ways to gain insights into how users interact with the product.

In fact, I’m creating something here. If you could provide suggestions on how to make the product better, I would be pleased to grant free access.
Perhaps you’re looking for Hotjar; they offer all the analytics and, I’m not sure if you know this, screen captures of how users navigate your site and where they click. However, the most important thing you need to worry about is the speed at which your pages load. Keep in mind that if you include their code in your head tag, it will load before your content, which could cause your pages to load slowly. I used to use it, but my users complained about the slowness of the page load, so I removed it. Instead, I use Clicky and Google Analytics.
You may check into First 8 Marketing to gain a specific grasp of user behavior and flows on a WordPress site. It’s a CRM that works with WordPress and focuses on user behavior analysis, giving you information about how people use your website. A benefit is that they employ a tracking strategy devoid of cookies.
After using both for a while, I moved to Clarity because it’s free and I believe it renders pages a little bit faster. Sadly, I’ve never been a big fan of Hotjar.
